There is an art to eating at an all you can eat restaurant. There are Do's and Don'ts that you need to know to get the most out of this dining experience. The rules will be presented as we go along as well as review some of the good and not so good buffet restaurants around the US. The name I use on this site is a "pen" name and not my own, so that restaurants will never suspect that I am there.

I enjoy eating at buffet restaurants. I like the variety and the ability to not walk away hungry. I have enjoyed some good buffets in my travels and ones to be avoided.
